Verlane Home — Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, email support@verlanehome.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method right away. If it has already shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and follow the Return Process below.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective — in those cases, we cover return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.

How to Start a Return Email support@verlanehome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a return form along with the return address to ship your item to.

Refunds Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can process your claim quickly. We'll provide a full refund or free replacement — your choice — and we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. All other items qualify under the return window above.
